Originally presented in IMAX theaters, CHRONOS is a visual and musical journey presented through the magic of time-lapse cinematography. The soundtrack accompanies and expands upon this theme; providing an audio ambiance that surrounds and envelops the viewer.
The film’s remastering was supervised by both the filmmakers and R&B Films, whose Digital Reference Standard insures that this widescreen HD DVD will have the best possible image for home viewing. The 1080p high-resolution provides highly detailed images, and the vibrant color has a depth and clarity that has not been seen before.

The soundtrack’s availability in Dolby Digital Plus 5.1, DTS-HD and PCM Stereo allows the listener to fine-tune for preference: both DD Plus and DTS-HD providing a multichannel surround ambiance that is well suited here.
